Since 1990, owner and founder, Troy Jentzsch has sought to provide sustainable quality wood furniture that's built to order right here in Eugene, Oregon. Today every piece is available in three wood types (Red Oak, Western Maple, & Cherry) and nine finish colors available in about 2-3 weeks. Hardware choices too.

In 1999, our partnership afforded them the opportunity to more than double the size of their facility, triple their production capacity, and cut lead times. Today, with multiple styles and options to choose from, working together we offer an up to date, stylish selection that is carefully constructed and skillfully manufactured with a passion for conserving resources.

We design ... They build
We've spent nearly 20 years building an unrivaled relationship with our Private Label Manufacturer that allows us to control every aspect of the furniture they produce. This gives you the opportunity to get exactly the size and configuration you need simply and easily. Also, just like our regular pieces, your piece will be hand crafted to order with the same care and a lifetime warranty.

Strong Frames
Any piece of furniture is only as strong as the frame it's built on. That's why every piece we've designed starts with a solid hardwood frame that is pocket screwed and glued for incredible strength that will stand the test of time.

Quality Materials
Just as important as a strong frame, are the materials used for the rest of piece. But choosing the right materials is not as straight forward as you might expect, all solid wood is not a guarantee that it's better than a piece made from a combination of solids and high grade plywood. In many uses plywood is a better choice than solid wood due to it resistance to warping, cracking, or splitting. So we use a carefully considered combination of select hardwood solids and double A face, cabinet grade plywood, most of which is made here in Oregon.

Smooth Running Drawers
What good is a drawer that's hard to open? Nothing really. So every drawer in every one of our pieces is made to fit it's particular opening, hung by hand, and rides on either high quality European style slides or full extension ball bearing slides. Also whenever possible drawer fronts are made from single boards, not glue ups, and where you find 2 side by side the grain flows from one to the other. Try and find that on a mass produced piece!

Soft Close Hinges
Quality hinges are an important part of any piece, but who wants to see them, so we only use high quality, soft close, concealed european style hinges.

Quality Finish and Stains
The finish on any piece is it's first line of defense against daily wear and tear, because of this our products are fully sealed with low sheen, pre catalyzed sealer that has a high vinyl content and is very low VOC. We also have carefully selected nine finish colors so you can get just the right look.
